About the Site
Welcome to OldBearNaturePhotography.com
OldBearNaturePhotography.com is a place where people can view some of my photographs, reflect on their own outdoor adventures, and hopefully be inspired to go outside and experience the majesty of nature around them.
The name Old Bear is a tribute to my time at Baylor University (the mascot is a bear) and a trail name that has been bestowed upon me.
Green and gold are the school colors of Baylor University. At Baylor, I earned my bachelor's degree and a master's degree. I also served as a teaching fellow and a faculty member. My family also has ties to Baylor. My father was a faculty member for 21 years and is a professor emeritus. My mother worked on campus, and my sister has her bachelor's degree from Baylor.
